We collect only what we need to send you cards and stay in touch, we never sell your information, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.

When you order or subscribe, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and the details of your order.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We don't see or store your full card number.

To fulfil and mail your orders, manage your subscription, respond to your messages, and — if you've opted in — send the free monthly letter-writing prompt.

The monthly prompt is opt-in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what's necessary with the service providers that help us run the studio — our payment processor, shipping carrier, and email tool — and only so they can perform their service.

Our site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. We don't run advertising trackers.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll take care of it.
